How do I become an EasyFuel cardholder?

It's easy. You can sign-up online right now - online!

Once you’ve joined, your EasyFuel card will be sent to you in the mail. When it arrives, all you need to do is visit us here online to activate your card and within minutes you’ll be ready to start accumulating fuel discounts.

How long do fuel discounts last for?

EasyFuel works on a two month cycle, giving cardholders the current calendar month and the following calendar month to accrue "cents per litre" fuel discounts. Here’s an easy example. If an EasyFuel cardholder makes their first purchase on the 10th day of the month, they get the remainder of that month, plus all of the following month to use any fuel discount accrued. On this example, that’s 50 days to use your fuel discount to save at the pump!

Fuel discounts will expire on the EasyFuel card if the cardholder has not used them by the end of the two month cycle.

How do I get the most out of my fuel discount?

Any fuel discount accumulated will apply to a cardholder’s purchase of fuel up to a maximum of 50 litres. You can purchase more than 50 litres, but your EasyFuel fuel discount will only apply to the first 50 litres. If you put less than 50 litres in your vehicle, the fuel discount only applies to the amount purchased. Regardless of how many litres of fuel are purchased, once you’ve used your EasyFuel card your fuel discount balance will be reset to zero – then you start collecting again.

Why is my EasyFuel card not working at participating outlets?

If you are experiencing any difficulty using your EasyFuel card at a participating outlet, first try activating your card again online. If you have trouble during this process, call the EasyFuel Helpdesk on 1300 653 611 for assistance.

What do I do if I lose my EasyFuel card?

Simply call the EasyFuel Helpdesk on 1300 653 611 and we will arrange for a new card to be issued to you.
