EasyFuel has a new innovative and exciting addition to the program.

Web Discounting

It is a different way for consumers to receive fuel rewards. Merchants no longer need a terminal to issue fuel discounts they only need access to the Internet. Its simple, all they need is the cardholder's number and they can log on with their user name and password and simply add the discounts to the server. This new facility opens up doors for all different types of merchants that perhaps were restricted in being a part of the EasyFuel program in the past. These merchants could include Telecommunication companies, financial institutions for loans, car sales companies, trades men that operate out of their vehicle or even Internet based companies. Discounts issued are remotely loaded onto the EasyFuel server.

The consumer can collect the discounts from any participating service station, by simply presenting their EasyFuel card; another way EasyFuel can bring you business. The terminal will then dial into the server and pick up the discounts adding them to the card. It will print a receipt showing which merchant issued the discounts, total cents per litre and the expiry date. The cardholder has the option of leaving the discounts or redeeming them. The terminal will dial out directly to the server but will dial to a 1800 number meaning no cost to you.

Please find below step-by-step process:

Step 1: Insert easyfuel Card into the terminal

Step 2: Select DISC button

Step 3: The terminal will dial the server and pick up any discounts issued then add them to the card

Step 4: A Receipt will print showing total cents per litre, where it was issued from and the expiry date

Step 5: Cardholder may leave them or redeem them
