Q. How do I become a member of easyfuel?

It's easy. Just complete the Application Form and take it into any participating easyfuel merchant to receive your membership card.

Q. How long do discounts last for

Easyfuel works on a 2 month cycle, giving the customer the current month and the following month to accrue "Cents per Litre", eg. Customers first purchase is the 20th day of the month they get remainder of month plus the following month to redeem the fuel, giving them 40 days on this example.

Q. What happens to unredeemed discounts

Fuel discounts will expire on the smartcard if the customer has not redeemed fuel by the end of the two month cycle.

As easyfuel is based on a 50 litre fill and discounts will apply up to 50 litres. If you put less than 50 litres in your vehicle the discount will apply only to the amount of fuel and will not carry over to future purchases. 

Q. How do I find participating merchants in my area?

Search for merchants in search engine to the left hand side of the page. You can enhance you search by searching by suburb, postcode or state or by selecting on the category that the merchant belongs to.

Q. How does the fuel merchant get paid for Redemptions

Once customer has redeemed their fuel reward, upon settlement of independent fuel retailer, funds are then transferred to Fuel merchants.
